Option 1: in the app
Open Num Null, go to your profile, tap Edit, then Delete account, and confirm. Your profile, games, stats and wallet are removed straight away, your Google or Apple sign-in is unlinked and you are signed out.
Option 2: by email (no app needed)
Email main@numnull.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your display name. If you signed in with Google or Apple, send it from the same email address so we can verify it is you. We confirm by email once it is done, normally within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (display name, avatar style, country), games, stats, wallet, bits and power-ups.
- The link between your device and your Google or Apple sign-in. The bare sign-in record (email address and name) is erased when you email us as in option 2, within 30 days.
This can't be undone, and unused virtual items are not refunded.
What may be kept
- Past match results may stay in your opponents' histories in anonymised form; they no longer point to you.
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is not linked to your account and expires on its own schedule (see Privacy Policy).
- Emails you sent us, for up to 24 months, and anything we must keep by law.
